This page explains what happens to your information when you use this website. It is written to describe exactly what the site does — nothing more.

What we collect, and when

We only collect information you type into a form yourself. There is no account to create and no newsletter sign-up.

When you submit the home-visit booking form (on the booking page, or the shorter form on a service page), we receive:

• your name;
• your WhatsApp number;
• your area in Abu Dhabi;
• which service you are asking about, and when you hope to have it fitted;
• any notes you choose to add.

We deliberately do not ask for your email address on the booking form. We reply on WhatsApp so your quote, samples and confirmation all stay in one conversation.

What we do with it

We use it for one purpose: to contact you about the visit or quote you asked for, and to carry out the work if you go ahead. Specifically, the submission is stored in this website’s database and emailed to our showroom so the team sees it.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not send promotional messages to people who only asked for a quote.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are in contact with you and afterwards as a record of the job, because the fitting carries a one-year service warranty and we may need the history to honour it. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, ask us and we will remove it.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. There is no Meta Pixel, no Google Analytics, and no third-party tracking script on any page. Nothing follows you around the internet after you leave.

WordPress, the software running this site, may set a cookie for staff who log in to the administration area. That does not apply to visitors.

If we ever add analytics, this page will be updated before it goes live.

Third parties that see something

• Google Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google’s servers, so your browser makes a request to Google and Google can see your IP address as part of that request.
• WhatsApp (Meta). If you tap a WhatsApp button, the conversation happens inside WhatsApp and is covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms, not this page.
• Google Maps. The “Open in Google Maps” link takes you to Google’s site. We do not embed a tracking map on our pages.
• Our website host. Hosting provider and the country its servers are in: to be confirmed by the business. The host keeps standard server logs.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Message us on WhatsApp or email info@alnasser.ae and we will deal with it. You do not need to give a reason.

UAE data-protection law — Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data — may apply to this processing. How it applies to our business, and which authority you may complain to, is to be confirmed with our legal adviser.

Children

This site is aimed at people arranging work for their home or business. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this page changes, the “last updated” date above changes with it.
